The smallest machine applying this process is the BRA 1200 with a cleaning and drying performance of 1200 cutlery parts per hour. It is suited for large quantities of soiled cutlery. Our medium size and our largest machine applying this process are the BRA 1600 and BRA 2500 with a cleaning and drying performance of 1500 resp. 2500 cutlery parts per hour. These machines are also suites for extreme quantities of soiled cutlery.
Das hydro-mechanic 3-step process1. step: Cleaning of cutlery In the washing bin, the soiled cutlery is – without laborious preliminary treatment – cleaned mechanically within a vibrating mass of polishing media. The specially developed dishwashing detergent trowaclean BRS 20 lifts off leftovers and pollution, which are then simply discharged with the rinsing water. Depending on the degree of pollution, the cleaning time can be adjusted individually. The trowaclean BRS 20 was especially developed for the use at temperatures below 40°C and hence permits an energy saving and environmentally friendly cleaning at ambient temperature. Even encrusted leftovers are removed safely and without residues in only one cycle.
2. step: Disinfection and rinsing of cutlery
3. step: Drying and polishing of cutlery
