General conditions of @ liias, located in GENT

1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers of @ liias. The conditions are included and accessible for everyone on the internet site of @ liias. On request we send you a written copy.
1.2 By placing an order you agree with the conditions of delivery and payment. @ liias reserves the right for her delivery and/or payment conditions to change after the expiry of the term.
1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing the general or specific conditions or obligations of third parties are not recognized by @ liias.
1.4 @ liias guarantees that the delivered product answered to the agreement and meets the specifications listed in the offer.
2. Delivery
2.1 deliveries take place while stocks last.
2.2 In the framework of the rules of the remote sale orders@liias will execute orders within 30 days. In case this is not possible (because the ordered is not in stock or discontinued), or there is a delay, or for other reasons the order cannot be implemented or only partially implemented, consumers will receive within 1 month after placement of the order a message and the consumer has in that case the right to cancel the order without costs and notice.
2.3 The delivery duty
@liias will have fulfilled its deliverer duty, unless proofed otherwise, when the goods are once offered to the customer. In case of delivery on the delivery address the report of the carrier concerning the refusal of acceptance will serve as total proof of the delivery
2.4 All terms on the internet site are indicative. No rights to such terms can therefore be derived.
3. Prices
3.1 prices are not raised within the duration of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer makes interim price increases.
3.2 All prices on the site are subject to printing errors. For the effects of printing errors no liability is accepted.
3.3 All prices on the site are in euros.
4. period/right of withdrawal
4.1 if there is a distance selling consumer sale, in accordance with the law (article 7: 5 BW), the buyer has the right to return the delivered goods (or a part thereof) within a period of 7 working days without giving any reason. This period begins when the ordered items are delivered. If the customer after this term has not returned the goods delivered, the buy is a fact. The purchaser is obliged, before moving on to Return the goods ( or part thereof) within the term of 7 working days after delivery to disclose in writing at @ liias. The buyer should prove that the goods delivered are returned in a timely manner, for example by means of a proof of mail delivery. Return of the goods should be in the original packaging (including accessories and associated documentation) and in new condition. If the goods are used, loaded or damaged in any way this will lapse dissolution within the meaning of this paragraph. In compliance with what is provided for in the previous sentence. @ liias will ensure that the goods will within 30 days after receipt of the return reimburse the full purchase amount . The calculated shipping cost of the delivered goods will be entirely for the account and risk of the buyer.
4.2 the right to rescission, as described in the previous paragraph, only applies to the goods delivered and will in no case relate to services, such as telephone subscriptions offered by @ liias (mobile) network operators. Services mentioned on last, where @Liias occurs only as intermediary or agent,@ liias will refer to the General conditions of network operators.
4.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
· services whose implementation, with the agreement of the consumer, has begun for the period of seven working days
· Goods or services of which the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, on which the supplier has no influence
5. Data management
5.1 If you place an order with @ liias, your data will be included in the customer’s file of @ liias. @ liias adheres to the “Wet Persoons registratie” and will not provide your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
5.2 @ liias respects the privacy of the users of the internet site and ensures confidential treatment of your personal data.
5.3 in some cases @liias makes use of a mailing list. Each mailing contains instructions on how to remove yourself from this list.
6. Warranty
6.1 @ liias warrants that the products delivered by her meet the requirements of usability, reliability and longevity as parties to the purchase agreement in reasonableness are meant, and herewith for the factory warranty of the product delivered to you.
6.2 The warranty period of @ liias corresponds to the factory guarantee period. However @liias is never responsible for the eventual suitability of the products for each individual application by the customer, nor for any advices in regards to the use or application of the products.
6.3 The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered goods are wrong, defective or incomplete, then the customer must (before returning these defects) immediately notifying@ liias in writing. Any defects or wrongly delivered goods can be reported in writing up to 2 months after delivery to @ liias.Return of the products should be in the original packaging (including accessories and associated documentation) and in new condition. after Commissioning after determination of the damage, objections and/or resale’s will void the right to return the products.
6.4 If complaints of the buyer will be found correct by @liias then QLIias will replace the delivered goods without charge or with a written arrangement with the buyer take action about compensation, provided that the liability of @LIias and hence the amount of damages is limited to a maximum of the invoice amount concerning the affairs at hand. (by choice of @ liias) or until the maximum in that case covered by the liability insurance of @ liias. Any liability of @ liias for any other form of damage is excluded, including additional compensation in any form whatsoever, to compensation for indirect damage or consequential damages or damages for lost profits.
6.5 @ liias is not liable for damages caused by intent or deliberate recklessness of non-managerial staff.
6.6 This guarantee does not apply if: A) as long as the buyer is in default towards @ liias; B) the buyer the delivered goods has repaired and/or modified himself or by third parties. C) the delivered goods are exposed to unusual circumstances or otherwise treated carelessly or contrary to the instructions of @Liias or on the packaging;D) is wholly or partially the unsoundness of provisions that the Government has made or will make regarding the nature or the quality of the materials used.
7. Offers
7.1 Offers are without obligation, unless otherwise is stated in the listing.
7.2 Upon acceptance of a noncommittal offer by a buyer, @liias reserves the right for the listing to repeal or to depart within a period of 3 working days thereof, after receipt of such acceptance
7.3 Verbal assurances connect @Liias only after expressly and in writing there has been confirmation.
7.4 offers from @ liias shall not apply automatically for backorders as well.
7.5 @liias cannot be held to its listing if the customer should have understood that the listing, or any part thereof, contained an apparent mistake or slip.
7.6 additions, modifications and/or further agreements are in force only if agreed in writing.
